Who is Power-Packer?

Power-Packer is a unit of Actuant Corporation's (NYSE:ATU) Engineered Solutions segment.  The headquarters in Oldenzaal, The Netherlands is a Center of Excellence. Additional manufacturing facilities are settled in Europe, Asia, North and South America.  Power-Packer was founded in the early 1970's producing hydraulic components for cab systems and expanded the business in the early 1980's to include hydraulic components for convertibles.  Power-Packer holds leading global positions in both markets. Power-Packer also has a strong market position in other market segments, like Marine, Medical, Agriculture and Recreational Vehicles.

Does Power-Packer sell any spare parts?

Power-Packer only sells spare parts to their customer, the OEM's. This means that spare parts, as well as total systems can not be purchased from Power-Packer directly. Local dealers can help you as they buy from the OEM.

As Power-Packer respects their customers and contracts, this is the only way to handle with spare part issues. If the dealer can only sell you a total component, that is because the OEM only sells total components to the dealer. Because we respect our agreement with the OEM, we have no influence on the end-user market.
